Marrawah Law’s team members was appointed special administrator of a large Indigenous health corporation on behalf of the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations. This involved reviewing all relevant agreements particularly with Commonwealth and Territory government funding bodies, establishing arrangements were put in place for a staged re-commencement of emergency health services, followed by ordinary health services in line with agreements, drafting contracts and engaging consultants and reviewing and amending key corporate governance documents to prevent a recurrence of the events that led to the special administration.
