Paralegal
In her role as Paralegal, Nancy’s primary responsibility is to assist the Marrawah team in meeting client needs. With fifteen years’ experience in a variety of legal, policy and corporate support roles, Nancy has spent eight years working in the Native Title sector in the areas of claims resolution, contested litigation, respondent issues and dispute resolution, Indigenous Land Use Agreements, future acts, corporate governance, and human resources.
In addition, Nancy has supported legal practitioners with child protection, domestic violence and family law matters, and has otherwise worked in public health service policy and delivery.
At Marrawah Law, Nancy will assist in supporting clients and solicitors across all aspects of the practice.
Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ethics and Human Rights and is passionate about the realisation of Traditional Owners’ aspirations. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys creative outlets and time outside to enjoy nature.
