Emele Tuinona is a proud Indigenous Fijian woman, from the island of Kadavu. Emele brings to Marrawah Law an extensive and diverse background in marketing, events, creative design, management and business leadership.

As Business Operations Manager, Emele will support the Marrawah Law team with marketing and executive administration support, as well as strategic engagement with partners and organisations.

Along with her extensive skillset and Bachelor of Business, Emele brings to Marrawah Law her experience working in the Fijian and First Nations communities across Queensland. Through her works in the community sector, she is committed to creating safe spaces  and developing platforms to practice culture which celebrate and advocate for awareness.

Based in the Cairns office, Emele is looking forward to a professionally challenging and personally fulfilling opportunity to work in a highly-regarded, female-run business that services Indigenous people, businesses and communities across Australia.

Outside of work Emele prioritises family time and exploring Far North Queensland.
