Alexandra (Alex) is a proud Meriam woman from the eastern islands of the Torres Strait. She grew up in Far North Queensland and is based in our Brisbane office.

 As Management Consultant, Alex works with clients on all aspects of their business and at any stage of their growth/operations. She is passionate about facilitating relationships For example, Alex might assist clients to establish their business; identify potential partners; or complete strategic planning.

 Alex brings experience from her work in the corporate sector, local government, and in local land councils. In her capacity as a consultant, she has worked with large commercial teams to deliver change management strategies. She has experience working with PBC’s and RNTBC’s to support their governance and commercial goals. She has also work with local councils to engage with their Indigenous community members, supporting their Reconciliation Action Plans and facilitating discussion for keys events such as NAIDOC week.

 Through her work Alex is focused on collaborating with the team to assist clients to become more empowered and progress toward self-determination.  She is also keen to support First Nations businesses to grow and prosper.

 Outside of work Alex enjoys time with her family, she loves being an aunty. She also listens to audio books and finding coffee spots.
